How can I purchase educational materials from FaithTrust Institute?

You may order through  our online store or by phone, fax, mail, or email. Prepayment (in U.S. dollars) is required on all orders. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, check, or money order.

How do I contact the FaithTrust Institute Order Desk?

How can I get volume discounts?

How does FaithTrust Institute ship?

USPS ground service is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other countries are shipped by U.S. mail. There is an additional charge for expedited shipments. For large orders, we use FedEx or UPS based upon cost.

May I give you my shipping account number?

Yes, if you call the Order Desk at 877-860-2255.

How long will it take to receive my materials?

Generally allow 2 weeks for delivery of materials within the U.S.

Do you have camera-ready artwork for your Awareness Brochures?

Yes, brochures must be commercially printed, not copied. The copyright is maintained by FaithTrust Institute, but the purchaser may print an unlimited number and add specific contact information.

What are your duplication and broadcast policies?

All DVD programs are protected by international copyright law and may not be abridged, altered, or duplicated for any reason. Purchase of our programs does not include any broadcast rights. For broadcast rights, please call 877-860-2255.

Can I preview the materials?

There are clips of eight of the DVD programs in the store. Other materials may not be previewed.

What is your return policy?

If a product does not meet your needs, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it. You are responsible for returning the product to FaithTrust Institute. If the product is received in resaleable condition, a refund will be issued for the price of the product only, not for the shipping or handling costs associated with the original order. Payment is provided by the initial payment method, if possible, or otherwise by check. Contact our Order Desk at 877-860-2255 (toll free) or for more information.

We do not sell, rent, or share our customers' information with any outside organization.
